2017 年11 月02 日FCC 發布官方通告，即日起刪除原來FCC 47CFR Part 2§2.902 Verification （VoC），正式把VoC 與DoC 合并為Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC)， 這標志著廣大制造廠商期盼已久的SDoC 認證程序正式生效， 并且可以使用FCC 標志在產品上!

合并VoC和DoC為SDoC

— 要求對產品負責的機構必須在美國

— 不要求測試實驗室必須獲得FCC認可

— 不強制要求FCC標志

— 需要警告語和告知用戶的信息

1、產品正常按照FCC Part 15 B測試并通過

2、在美國銷售該產品的公司自己出具SDoC宣告書,宣稱產品符合FCC Part 15B的要求

3、測試機構不出具所謂的FCC證書，改為SDoC宣告書

FCC 在www.ecfr.gov網站上查到，FCC隨時更新其中的章節，所以這里才是最新的標準，當然也就不存在年限。

  普通產品認證程序在Title 47， PART2 Subpart J 章節（2.906就是SDoC）

普通產品的認證標準是Title 47，PART 15 Subpart B章節。

SDoC就是一個自我聲明的程序，只要有產品經過測試并且合格的數據，根本就不需要FCC認可的實驗室。第三方實驗室就可以了。

(1) 依據FCC 官方文件FCC 17-93 規定，2017 年11 月02 日起，進入美國海關時不再需要填寫的FCC Form 740（Statement Regarding The Importation Of Radio Frequency Device Capable Of Causing Health Interference), 這意味著FCC對進口RF設備不再要求填寫繁瑣的文件表格了，進一步簡化RF 設備進口流程。

(2) FCC SDoC認證程序比原有程序，更加簡化和清晰，可以使用電子標簽E-labeling在產品上。E-labeling產品屏幕顯示相關認證信息，要求小于3 次動作必須顯示電子標簽，但是外箱上面還是 要張貼物理標簽，以備海關查驗。

—Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

—Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

—Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

—Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

All other devices shall bear the following statement in a conspicuous location on the device:

   This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
